the menu – club sandwiches, eggs mimosa, sole meunière, beef tartare, vol-au-vent,
saint-honoré cake, sorbet-filled fruit – borrows from room-service classics and french traditional cooking.
in versions adapted to the seasons, created with carefully sourced daily arrivals from our producers,
and reflecting contemporary tastes and techniques.
